The WebTPA has agreed to the settlement of $13.75 million, which resulted from a class action lawsuit filed against the company in July 2024 for the April 2023 breach. The fund is all set to get distributed among the class members, i.e., individuals whose personal details were compromised, after deducting the attorney fee and administration cost.
