What are the eligibility requirements to get the settlement payout?

How much can one get?
The amount you can get from the Walmart Weighted Goods $45 million settlement varies based on the number of items one has purchased. If you have claimed 0 to 50 products, you can get the payment of $10; for 51 to 75 products, the maximum payout you can get is $15.
