UnitedHealthcare out-of-network services Settlement: Claim Form and Payout!
New Post Check Here!

The class members of the UnitedHealthcare out-of-network services settlement have only a few weeks left to file their claim to receive compensation from the $3.4 million settlement. You can find the UnitedHealthcare settlement eligibility, claim process, payout, and other details here.

The North Carolina Department of Insurance Market Regulation Division conducted an examination that determined that UnitedHealthcare members receive medical services from non-contracted providers and do not accept the full compensation. Hence, it was settled that the members were underpaid for out-of-network services.

The member will receive compensation for the underpayment and others that were not included in the UnitedHealthcare service. Now, people who are affected due to the UnitedHealthcare out-of-network services should file a claim on or before November 4, 2025.

Who can claim the UnitedHealthcare out-of-network services settlement?

If you are wondering what makes you a class member of the UnitedHealthcare out-of-network services settlement, you can check the eligibility criteria for the settlement below:

  • You have received a letter from the settlement administrator explaining the voluntary settlement, the provider’s list that was not included in the Unitedโ€™s list, and you can claim the settlement.ย
  • If you can file the claim on behalf of the deceased or incapacitated member or for a minor with a written statement and legal documentation that confirms your authority to act on behalf of the deceased or minor.ย

How much can you receive through the UnitedHealthcare settlement?

Eligible members of the UnitedHealthcare settlement will receive the benefit from the $3.4 million settlement fund if they have filed a valid claim. The amount paid to the individual claimant is not determined yet, but the compensation will depend on the following factors:
