  • If you have faced any extraordinary loss that might not be connected to a data incident and not reimbursable in the ordinary out-of-pocket loss, such as a falsified tax return, identity theft, financial fraud, etc, you can claim the extraordinary loss. 
  • You will receive the maximum payout of $25,000 under the extraordinary loss claim with proper documentation provided along with the claim form.
  • Extraordinary Attested Time:
  • If you spend time addressing the extraordinary loss, you can get reimbursement for 20 hours at $30 per hour rate.
  • Alternative Cash Payment:
  • If you do not have any documented loss and can’t file any of the following categories, you can claim the alternative cash payment of up to $50.
