Have you ever made any purchase of Arhaus products from its website in California? You may be eligible to get the payout from the settlement resulting from a case filed against the company. The settlement is going to benefit the class members, who will file a claim form.

The settlement resulted from a class action lawsuit that was filed in April 2024 by the plaintiff, Mariah Moses, alleging that the company has violated Californiaโ€™s Unfair Competition Law, False Advertising Law, and Consumer Legal Remedies Act.

After the months-long discussion, Arhaus agreed to the settlement of $6 million without accepting any wrongdoing. Later it got the preliminary approval from the court, and then class members got a notice. Now the filing of the claim form is taking place.
