Who can submit a claim form?
To submit an online or offline claim form for this settlement, it is mandatory that you meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You are a citizen of the United States and you live in California, or you were living there when you made the purchase.
- You have purchased one or more products from the company website ‘arhaus.com’ between April 2, 2020, and September 18, 2024.
- You have received a notice from the settlement administrator, which carries your Class Member ID.
How to file a claim form?

- In the header menu bar, tap on ‘Claim Form,’ and go to the next page.
- Now, fill in your Class ID and Last Name, and then tap on Verify Eligibility.
- Fill in the claim form by providing all required details, attach proof of purchase, if any, and choose the payment gateway.
- Review all the details and documents you have provided, and click the submit button to file your claim form.

How much will be received?
The payment amount from the settlement is going to vary from one another for each claimant. As a class member, you should know that the payout is going to be distributed on a pro rata basis. The formula to calculate the payment you can get is given below.
Your qualifying purchase total ÷ Total qualifying purchases by all claimants × Net settlement fund
The maximum you can get is 50% of the total amount you have spent. Note that if you have made a purchase of $500, the maximum you can get is $250; your payout may be around $150 and $200.
When will the payout come?
The final approval for the $6 million Arhaus deceptive pricing settlement will be received soon; the hearing date for the same is February 19, 2026. If the final approval is received on this without any appeal, it is highly expected that the payout will come in April 2026.
If there will be any appeal with the final approval of this settlement, you may have to wait for months to get the payout. In case of any appeal, you may have to wait up to six months to get the payout from the settlement.
