What will be the payment under the American Income Life Insurance payout?
The settlement fund for the Do Not Call Settlement is $14 million, where the money will be first used to pay the expenses, like service awards to class representatives, attorneys’ fees & costs, administration expenses, and others.

When will you receive the American Life Insurance settlement payout?
The American Life Insurance settlement payment distribution will begin after the federal court grants final approval, which is scheduled for 21 January 2026. The payment will be delivered to the class members with a valid claim in 90 to 180 days after final approval if no appeal is filed.
