- The cash payment will be equally distributed among the class members from the net settlement fund.
- You should know that the alternative cash payment is made through the common fund after all the expenses are covered, whereas the out-of-pocket loss will be paid separately.

When will you receive the settlement payment?
The federal court is yet to grant the final approval to the Eastern Radiologists settlement. It is scheduled on 15 December 2025, so till then you have to wait for the court’s decision. If the federal court approves the settlement, you can expect the payment in 90 to 180 days.
However, if an appeal is filed against the settlement, the payout distribution will stop until the court announces its decision in favor of the settlement.
